My first philadelphus flower

I got this last year but it didn’t flower. Now it has a lot of buds - this one opened this morning. It smells nice - though subtle. Behind it is geranium Johnson’s Blue (an unfortunate name if I stop to think about it) which was here when I moved in 33 years ago. It’s very humid here - feels a bit like monsoon season is on its way
