Scarlet pop

With the sun shining and a good breeze to keep the midges away, we returned to the Community Orchard in the morning and four of us managed to complete a single coat of paint on the outside of the shelter. Unfortunately, the forecast for the rest of the week is for showers so the application of the second coat may well be postponed until next week.
Back home, I spent the afternoon sorting out the garden shed and the polytunnel, getting more organised and gaining a wee bit more planting space.
Just before retreating indoors, I had a walk around the garden with my camera and snapped these scarlet poppies.
