Driving round the long way

into town to collect R, looking for a Blip. I found a view across to Cross Fell from the road below the Penrith Beacon.

Catching up with stuff today, and a good natter with my mate T.

I've levelled off at 50 lengths in the pool.  The return to a mile beckons. At 12 lengths I'm almost ready to stop, at 18 lengths I'm thinking 30 will be my max. By the mid twenties I'm in the zone.  I need to remember this!
