Over the yard arm ...

Tonight our village book club met for the first time in person since March 2020. We met at our local pub which changed hands in March 2020. They've used the lockdown to completely renovate the building and add decking to the hillside overlooking the views. We also catch the sunset. It was so lovely to be able to walk to and from the pub and be in such lovely company and not sat in front of a screen.
