Quiet & not so quiet

This scene from this afternoon is oh so quiet, up on the River Lee.

It was so quiet, that when I was left alone by Elbows and the boys on a bike ride, because my bike broke, I didn’t feel too relaxed so I headed back to the car.

Church this morning - was crazy crazy busy and not quiet at all. We had over 190 people, some not booked in, to check in and seat socially distanced and it was exhausting. Coffee outside afterwards, was busy and noisy but really encouraging & happy.

An alfresco lunch in the garden with our lovely houseguests was a treat but you couldn’t possibly expect the 10 of us to be quiet.
