Molten Chocolate Cakes

I went out for dessert with my best friend tonight to celebrate my upcoming birthday this Friday. She's been in Salt Lake City getting her Ph.D for the last 7 years, and moved back here just in time for the pandemic, so now that we're both vaccinated we're seeing each other more, making up for lost time. We've been friends since age 2 or 3!
