We get some interesting and challenging jobs on a regular basis, this job was sent in via the Council Website and the person reporting the fault used google maps with a GPS location thinking they were being cleaver. We use our Council GIS as this identifies individusl assets by a unique ID. The problem was the request sent me to the callers address and not the fault. This lid is not an asset that we work on and is not on our plans. Checked the loose lid and found it to be sound. I cotacted this person at 07:50 and left a message and they never contacted me back until 16:00, yet people are happy to check Stalkbook every 2 seconds but don't check their voice mail.
