A trip to Blackpool

I went over to Kate's today. Also saw Richard and Rachel. They are all doing ok in their own ways. Stephen and family are in an hotel in the Midlands , happy to rest after a 22 hour fraught  journey. They get 20 mins fresh air a day! A relief for Kate that they are here now and will see them next Saturday.
She asked me to go with her to find a new dress for the funeral as none of her clothes fit as she has lost so much weight (deliberately). We ended up in Blackpool, I haven't been shopping there for years. It was really busy. The centre has changed so much since I was a teenager and selling hotdogs, hamburgers and cups of tea for the beach on the golden mile!!
