Old friend

I thought that the Brownie 127 I had (and loved) as a child had got lost in one of my many house moves. But then I found it in the attic today, while storing away some bags of winter clothes and assorted bedding.

It's a bit battered but the shutter still works. Idly trying out the film-winding knob, I could feel that there was a film inside. Apparently an exposed one, too. I have no idea what could be on this... if anything... a mystery.
