Railroad work

I passed these men yesterday and thought it would make a nice blip. I just didn't have my camera with me. Luckily they weren't finished yet. So I got another chance today. The thing is though... I thought this piece of railroad wasn't in use anymore. It even has a footpath following it. Wonder what the future brings then...
