Experiment

Hubby smoked a yummy brisket that was his best one yet. Grilled corn, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes rounded out the meal. Everything cooked on the grill was a bit of an experiment, but it turned out well. It helps keep the house cooler as the days are getting warmer.
