The Obvious

I have passed this office almost everyday and just really noticed the colorful glass pieces. I can't believe I never noticed.

Sometimes I spend so much time looking for great things in other places and don't notice the great things I have now. I know it's a simple lesson to learn-but I had to relearn it today. More often, I spend time focusing on things that are not going well, or complaining about something, and then I go looking for good things elsewhere-but there are some great things right here.

These glass panels show me that there are amazing things right here and that I don't have to venture far out to find them...

I am thankful for that.
