Our Friend David.
I have known my friend David for over 40 years. We worked together at Pye Unicam and then he joined the Scout Group I was a leader at in Cherry Hinton. When he retired I visited him probably every week to see how he was. 
He is in his 90th year now. 
Although Lockdown stopped the regular visit 18 months ago. We spoke on the phone most days. Now things are a bit easier for visiting, vaccination etc I have managed to see him three times in the last 6 weeks.
He was doing his jigsaw in the corridor of the 'Independent Living Facility'  today when I visited as there is not enough room in his flat to do it and he is able to see other people.
