A long spell....

....for not needing any work done in my mouth came to an end.

It's been about 18 years since I have had to have a filling or any kind of work done in my mouth (apart from a patch on a previous filling which was a two minute job with no anaesthetic).

I chipped a tooth last week so needed to get it sorted asap. My dentist was fully booked until August so I had to go with one of his colleagues and she was every bit as good.

Back to 12 monthly checkups for the foreseeable future hopefully...my wallet will be grateful too.
