Landslip

We enjoyed a day out in the sun and the topless sports car today (Mazda MX5)  and stopped by an east coast village by the name of Happisburgh (pronounced Haysborough - normal for Norfolk!).  

Sadly the area has been badly affected by cliff erosion over the years and this landslip is the latest in a long line of heavy rain water run-off events and the sea, slowly claiming the village.  In the last 30 years or so they have lost over 100m of coastline and many houses. A lovely village nevertheless but not if you have a home close to the cliff edge.
