Another day in the life of.....

On the fifth I wrote about lifting a chap from a submarine off Stornoway. Yesterday I found a video on Youtube, only 1 min 57 which shows a similar task. Here

The image today is a life saver as I have been unconscious all day. Mrs Garden Fairy can confirm this as she could hear me, "snuffling." The aircraft is a Sikorsky S61n, callsign G-BDII, she was affectionately known by all as Beady Eyes. She was lost one winter night, flew backwards into the sea. Beady Eyes crash report.

I bought a Nikon D200 from E-bay, with the sensor replaced with an Infra Red sensor, it arrived today. Tomorrow, if I can surface, I may just try and play with it. You have been warned. :-)))
