Case

Mainly off road MTB ride today, with my growing confidence. Shorter than planned ride at 8 miles, with so many distractions and more tired than expected.

Bumped into a friend from the village in a brand new tractor. He hadn't yet worked out the auto pilot system on this new marque; you'd never tell from the perfect rows of mowed grass.

Birds 
Plenty of avial action on the River Trent as usual. Saw my first ever Oystercatcher up fairly close and also flying just above the water like a Mosquito fighter bomber; a heron flying likewise, but more like a Vulcan bomber with its large wings. Spellbinding.
