Too far gone

The table in the garden collapsed last year and as we have not been around to sort it we ended up taking to the tip. Today we removed the bench that has sat under our front window since before we bought the cottage. It must have got damaged during lockdown and was beyond repair by the time we got back so we chopped it up. We have decided not to replace it and are going to put plants in the spot. So visit to garden centre required.
Went for a run this morning and worked in the garden for most of the day. Walked Hetty down the fields before breakfast, she seems to enjoy the early walks here.
