A difficult day today for many reasons but nowhere near as hard a day as a lovely friend has had.

A friend who shows amazing strength of character and is such a lovely person. She did her Mam proud today.

It puts everything into perspective. I'm tired of all this horribleness happening to people I know. Life can be so cruel and fragile. Cherish each moment ........
