D has been (properly, physically) at college all day today. His year's course ends next week and he will have actually been at the campus for a whopping six days..

The weather was wet so I did stuff in  the house and am hoping to get some gardening done at the weekend. We had no chance of seeing the solar eclipse here :-(

I have cooked a new recipe for our tea tonight, sent to me by Joanna - White Bean Stew with Fennel, Spinach and Harissa.
