Numpties

These are my work keys. I don't lose them.

My Bolton tenants, on the other hand, do. On March 2nd they were called to the front door and allegedly, at the same time someone walked through the back door and stole my house keys and their car keys. They told the Police. They never found the keys. So yesterday - 10 days later - they move out of my house and pop the keys through the letting agent's door to say they had moved out and aren't paying rent because they don't feel safe.

WTF?!

They let my house get burgled (through careless door opening and not securing the property) and they don't tell me? They leave my house in a state, unsecured and needing cleaning, redecoration, re-flooring in the bathroom and re-tiling on the front doorstep and they refuse to pay rent?! Who the hell do they think they are?!

I'm not happy. New locks throughout, extensive work needed to follow. Thank god for a superb letting agent who never let's me down.
