The first Rock Rose flower
This morning we noticed the first flower of this Rock Rose, which I think is Cistus x purpureus, was opening. It reminded me of happy holidays walking on Greek islands, where Cistus species flourish in the wild.
After spending the morning food shopping, tortoise feeding, and trying my best to ensure my Mother should be ok for a few days, I managed to effect my escape home.
