Mysterious mist

I was looking forward to diving out after work on this very fine sunny evening, to scramble down a coastal path with a friend to see if we could see some Puffins. As we approached the coastline we drove into a thick mist that seemed peculiarly just to be hanging over the west of the island. Of all the days! Heading back towards town it was all bright blue sky and sparkling sea again.
