Downtown BA and home of the new Pope! Wonder if there will be celebrations tonight?

Decided that I need to record all our activities as we go and Blip seems as good a place as any :

So far -

Botanical Gardens - very pretty cool and shady.

Evita museum - can't decide if she's a goody or a bady but she did have some amazing clothes.

Palermo zoo - the best fun ever. Built in 1904 the buildings are huge and elaborate and you can feed all the animals - the sea lions loved the fish!

Sunburn - but cloud forecast so should recover.

Coffee in Jessie's language school part of the University of BA.

Trip on the Subte.

Visit the Plaza de Mayo - avoided all the Falkland veterans and was ready to declare myself Irish.

Got to the revamped riverside ( pictured above ) after crossing 15 lanes of traffic! Crazy.

Coffee in El Gato Negro - lovely old spice/ coffee/ tea place. Jess says it smells just like Mr Pratts old grocery store.

The best steak ever - it's true what they say about Argentinian steak - you can never go back!

Fallen in love with Malbec.
