The gannets are back!

After a morning of boring houseworky stuff I decided to visit Bempton this afternoon.

It snowed most of the way there which was a bit of a worry .. but cleared up as I arrived. It was perishingly cold - but good to see the gannets have returned and are busy pairing up and nest building ..
