Fault cause

We found the cause of a blockage in a Wastewater Serviceline today this piece of broken pipe was stuck in the brnd just before the main. When I put the Drain Camera up the pipe I saw an inspection in the road we dug this up removed the biscuit from the inspe tion and managed to pull the broken pipe out and cleared the drain. Cause Fibre cable drilled through the serviceline, piece forced down the serviceline by multiple attempts to clear the blockage.
