One house already for sale ; the other house at the 67 Lyell site had a big CAT and a little front loader parked ready for action. 

More door repair in the morning.  Need masking tape for the next stage. One of those jobs where you can only do a little bit at a time, then wait for it to dry.  Book sorting in the afternoon, evening walk and light on the diggers. Extra is the light first thing in the morning looking ENE.
