Elderflower champagne

Here is Pierce sitting in front of an Elderflower bush. I’m thinking that this weekend I will be making some Elderflower champagne.

I took Charlie and Pierce for their evening walk across the fields. I notice that the Maize seems to be growing nicely and the grass is growing well so my brother should be happy about that I would think.
