Garlic scapes

I am steadily removing the garlic scapes so that the plants channel their energy into the garlic bulbs that we are after. The scapes are also quite edible and excellent sautéed with spaghetti for example. We are eating them almost as fast as I can collect them, quite a benefit in these times of social distancing.
