Ullapool

645 miles (1038 kilometres) after we started we have reached our destination in the wee hamlet of Drum Beg on the northwest coast of Scotland. It is remote and starkly beautiful.
We stopped at Ullapool, the last town along the way for a walk before attempting the single road out to Drum Beg. Ullapool is a pretty place, set on the shores of Loch Broom, a sea loch giving shelter to fishing trawlers and boats.
