Norbury Hall Park: Squirrel With Spliff?

I'm not sure if this is a bone, a twig, or a roll-your-own (/spliff), but this little squizzer was certainly into it, and zoomed up the tree behind with its find... Also saw a particularly friendly squirrel missing its external ears/pinnae (see first extra).
