#709... Speedy Week at Sandgate parkrun...

Once a year a majority of the running clubs around Brisbane gather for "Speedy Week " and it's always held at Sandgate parkrun which is a flat out and back 5km course...

Here’s the stats:
- first finisher Tim Fisk came in at 14:53
- first female Caitlin McQuilken-Bell ran 16:36 (which is also a new female record for Sandgate parkrun)
- 63 runners under 17:00
- 153 runners under 20:00
- if you ran 25:00 today, you would come in at number 263!

544 people completed the course this morning...
