Back Button Focusing.
Been meaning to try this - watched a couple videos and made the adjustments. Most people say it takes a couple of sessions to get into the habit. Nearly missed the golden light moment at the allotments before the sun disappears behind the trees. Worked right up to the last moment planting tomato plants and Brussel Sprouts - all gifted as seedlings from neighbouring plot holders and quickly grabbed these tall foxgloves as the low growing flowers had lost the light. Quite pleased with the result and hope to make it my focus method for suitable subjects like this where there are stray grass strands which can attract the focus away from the main chosen subject.
Extra was taken with the low morning light on my first visit to walk Ginny before it got too hot - which it did.
