The next meal

Meal three of our Christmas present from R & S. We have been a bit slow as there have been so many other events to celebrate. 
This is the Danish flag, so it will be interesting to see what we get!!! It will probably be served up in a couple of weeks time.

They called in past with Olive this afternoon and we coffee and cake in the garden. Lots of chat and good news whilst the chocolate on the biscuits melted.

This morning I heard the Red Arrows heading out, and a little later saw them on the TV flying over Windsor Castle for the Trouping the Colour. As they went over the Queen’s expression was one of delight and excitement. Lovely to see. 

I managed to get the last area of quilting done, so on to the border tomorrow.

I was watching the football on TV whilst doing other things late afternoon and  saw the sudden collapse of the Danish footballer. The good news is that he is in hospital and is now awake. There were many shocked and frightened people. It makes you reflect on life and the unknown.
