"Peking duck"

Walking around Stirling university loch today I saw these mallard ducks and it reminded of a story told me by a student nurse. The cleaners complained they had found ducks feet in the waste bins. And feathers.
 
Of course, looking at it from a Chinese perspective, young students arriving from the Far East could not believe their luck seeing such a popular Chinese delicacy sitting there waiting to be grabbed
