Football

I signed the boys up for football lessons, we had the first ones today.  The eldest LOVED it, he plays football at school and really enjoys playing.  The youngest was going great guns, until the groundsman started mowing another pitch with a tractor and the youngest spent the rest of the session just watching the tractor.  Tractor 1, football 0.  The eldest is already asking for football boots... 

The neighbours daughter, who helped with the CPR came to visit the husband today, the last time she saw him was as he was on the trolley being taken to the air ambulance - it was good for everyone to see each other. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
Zoom family call to remember my uncle, it was very sad, very lovely and very touching 
Family time 
The eldest making me 'pinky promise' that he could stay in our bed all night
