Marsh Orchid
Len insisted on driving me to Stonebow Washlands despite the fact he was tired after tennis. He's worried about me falling and I must admit it was nice to have his company.
The meadows are awash with buttercups, clover, vetch AND in places, marsh orchids. Wonderful to see.
The cygnets have grown significantly. I think they look a bit like dummies waiting for the swanographer to throw them food. We found piles of bird seed on the ground on the way back to the car. Not a good idea. The rats will have a field day.
Updated Website with latest edition of DIG news and treated myself to watching the end of Thor, which I'd started last night.
Prawns with garlic and ginger, as usual, for Saturday night supper.
