The quality of this picture is appalling as it was a last minute decision to stop doing the 'Martian Bop' (yes, really!) during warm up and dash to the front to try & get a snap of everyone else looking daft.

Our normal Rock Choir rehearsal had some visitors today as some members bought along family & friends who were 'dared' to join in for Comic Relief. I'm sure they wondered what they'd let themselves in for when they were subjected to this warm up.

But at last we had cake during break.
