Nature filled ride

Believe it or not, there were no water views today on my bike ride. We went from the north side of Long Island to the south. The first third of a ride was through a wooded park with a paved trail. Most of the ride continued with woodland on either side of us. We passed horse farms, saw wild turkeys and gophers. We stopped at a country style bakery for a short break. There they had outdoor picnic tables and a chicken coop with chickens in it. 
Passed a man dressed in a kilt playing bagpipes outside of a church. I wanted to get a picture of him but someone mentioned that he may be there for a funeral, most likely a police officer that died. 
Towards the end of the ride we stopped in front of a property that had two llama’s. Apparently they were rescued. They are father and son.
Although an overcast day and we had a few minutes of a light drizzle, it was a good ride.
