It was cold too. My fingers and toes were almost numb after my walk.

I spent most of the day working through the book from my Mental Health First Aid course so I can do the online assessment for accreditation.
Something encouraging I noticed (in "Substance Use Problems") is that daily tobacco use has dropped from an estimated 25% of people over 14 in 1993 to 11.6% in 2019.
