not nearly frightened enough

Both the folding electric people and the racing-costume lot in the background were happy to use the SfP but not maintain it, but I restored the barriers on my way past to a shop later on. Even if the road closure is doomed to be (hopefully temporarily) lifted I'll keep restoring barriers and muttering about football people parking on the pedestrian crossing until the fences are taken away.
