We went out!

We’ve had rather a complex weekend. One of M’s friends visited Friday night, and we were supposed to be joined by another on Saturday. 

However Friday night we heard he was waiting for an ambulance, and he’s been transferred from Peterborough hospital to Papworth Everard as had a heart attack! He’s a US citizen, though British born, and was back in the UK sorting out care for his parents.

M. is his closest UK based friend, and we’re now liaising with his wife to try and get her over! 

Am turning off comments for a few days til things calm down, and forgive me for not looking at yours..

Oh, we were all due to be going to dinner at the Three Hills…. But M and I after much pondering went anyway. It was good to get out.
