Nectar

Cool in the morning then hot in the afternoon. Went for my first cycle since the accident today. Did 28 miles, not too fast though and also not my usual 30-40 miles. Was a bit tip-toe like in the fast bends down hill and what have you. In the afternoon made scones to go with the Irish clotted cream I got from the "English Shop"; no chance of clotted cream from the UK due to Brexit deliveries. Ended the day watching Belgium win 3-0 against Russia; although was shocking with the earlier Denmark-Finland match. Glad the player seems to be recovering in hospital.
