Many of the people who run the stalls are young people choosing to live as ecologically as possible. There is a small magazine that a few of them run called La Nueva Paisana - a deliberate pun on the mainstream Asturian newspaper La Nueva España. This woman is running a food stall in the market and flaunting her beliefs on an apron.
