Easy like Sunday morning

We had some ‘business’ things to attend to today; preparing the 90 day snagging list for submission to the builders, and compiling the claim to the removers for the couple of things that were damaged, now that we have repair estimates.  Somehow, that seems to have taken most of the day but before that, it was a glorious sunny and warm morning for having breakfast outside in the garden.  The pot of flowers was a housewarming gift and has really taken off; it looks great and something in there has a lovely fragrance.  The garden looks OK but is only grass which will last us until we can do something better with it.  Our experience so far of trying to get garden designers to come and have a look suggests that it may take some time!
