Union Canal view

Been another glorious day, weather wise, here in Edinburgh - just starting to cloud over a bit now as early evening draws in ...

... I liked this shot, taken during our daily walk, looking over the Union Canal towards Polwarth Parish Church with the red-roofed Forth Canoe Club building in the foreground :-)

Also good to see various holiday canal-barges (one is in the shot here) using the local pontoons - imagine there could be a steady flow of these, right across the Summer months now.
