Septic Garden

Yes, it's where the septic tank is buried. It's opposite our house and we grow fruit and veg, herbs and flowers over there. The land belongs to the house, we just have a lane running through it. This top bit has taken hard toil to clear weeds, grass, stones and slate. R has made paths from the stones and edged them with the old bricks from the wall that used to be on the front patio. Further along are pots that contain trees, plants, fruit and veg. At the bottom are two wooden raised beds. The large one has veg seeds and the smaller one herbs. The backdrop is just stunning and we love sitting in this space with a cup of tea listening to the birds and soaking up the sunshine.
