‘Speeding back to base…’

Bit of excitement on our walk along the the Firth of Forth Cramond foreshore at ‘Gipsy Brae’ this afternoon. 

Spotted the RNLI lifeboat on it way back across the Firth to its base at Kinghorn - from yet another rescue from the high tide at Cramond Island (see blip 14 April) -  with the added bonus of the medieval Inchcolm Abbey in the background.
