Toadflax brocade

A relatively recent moth to these parts I was delighted when my friend Graham rang to say he had caught one and would I like to photograph it.
Of course I dropped everything and dashed round to his house. As you can see it is rather lovely, but I have to say somewhat smaller than I expected.
