Birthday Celebrations - Backblip 12.6.21

For two little girls/young ladies. Lily (granddaughter) and Madison (her friend). Both 11 and only 2 days’ apart. Three more of their friends had/have birthdays last and next week, including one dog (Nellie) so a few Birthday celebrations took place today.
A field of yurts in a corner of Ferry Meadows was the venue, the weather was bright and beautiful, great food, brilliant space and games for the kids and lovely for us to be with family and friends again. A wonderful time was had by young and old.
We beat a retreat back to ‘Matilda’ at 10pm and wondered at what time everyone would get tucked up and sleeping in their tents?? Especially the kids ranging from 3 to 12 years now full of adrenaline and plenty of Enumbers and all together in the big tent
